I loved this video! What’s so interesting about this is that only last week, I saw another Kurt Kuenne documentary, “Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son about his Father,” which shattered me. I hadn’t heard of him before–but I am so impressed with his approach to film.
I also caught your latest post on the Depression site–way to go, John! You will reach so many more people this way.

I hope these stories of recovery from depression can be helpful to you. They focus on changing the destructive inner beliefs that can threaten your life. Recovery takes time and determination, but the payoff is real change. There is no single formula for getting there but a hundred paths. The point is to pick one that works for you.
